The project aimed to design a family residence in an apartment-style configuration for two brothers and their father. Despite the typical floor plate, the studio skillfully crafted the design to resemble a bungalow.

Unique materials were introduced both in the elevation and interiors, creating a distinctive and standout villa apartment in the locality. Adhering to the client’s preference, each floor required a different interior language, a challenge successfully met by the studio, which harmoniously fused the three distinct floor designs.
